Tavernola Bergamasca, Lake Iseo and the surroundings A little less than an hour from Milan, Brescia and Bergamo, Tavernola Bergamasca stands out for its enchanting lakefront characterized by narrow streets and medieval settings, above all the Torre Fenaroli which dominates the town. Opposite is Montisola, on the sides the road runs along the shore of the lake for several kilometers, making the area, especially in the southern stretch, an oasis surrounded by water; heading north towards Lovere, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, it is impossible to resist the charm of the ravine of Bogn, with its natural arches. A short distance away are the cellars of Franciacorta, the slopes of Colere, Montecampione and Monte Pora for walking and skiing, the Presolana massif for hiking at high altitude, Valcamonica for archaeological tourism with its 300 thousand rock engravings and Boario for the spa.
