Are the images proper?
Yes, they are. We want to offer you well-built vacation homes: with top furniture, comfortable and enegetically certified in Class A.

 

At what time can I get into my house?
Check-in is between 14.00 and 19.00.

Time of check-out is by 10:00.

For arrivals outside the scheduled times you are requested € 20 between 19:00 and 20:00, and € 45 between 20:00 and 24:00; it is anyway possible to set an agreement with our operator.

 

What could I expect at my arrival?
A smile, a present, rhe cleaning completed, a house equipped with sheets and with what you will need during your stay, useful numbers and directions about the surroundings. The keys.

If you want to taste local products you can order local specialties from us.

 

Can I enjoy all the services?
Sure! All the green areas, solarium and swimming pool, if available, and WiFi are at your disposal.

 

What if something happens?
All the vacation homes got the practicability. If something were to happen to the house, we are insured. We ask you anyway to inform us on time for every problem, in order to assess the damage. During the check-out we will do as well a final evaluation.

 

Have the keys to be returned to?
To your Personal Assistant. Which, again, will make available a wide selection of local products to order and take home!
